Returns
I cannot accept returns for change of mind. Low-cost paper samples are available in the shop and please feel free to contact me with any questions before you buy.
Damaged on arrival
I package every order carefully, but if your goods arrive damaged please contact me immediately with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging
This information allows me to make a claim with the carrier and make things right for you. I cannot process claims for damage reported after the carrier’s notification window has expired, so please make contact as soon as possible!
